ISO 9001 Certification

We’re proud to report that we have recently completed ISO 9001 certification. An important accreditation to add to our roster. A huge thank you to the team who worked tirelessly to achieve this. It wasn’t easy, and even with our existing QMS and protocols we still had to adjust to fulfil the requirements.

Whilst we are already well known in the industry for excellent service and customer satisfaction, we’re always looking for ways to improve. Catering to SME and Fortune 500 companies alike we wanted to demonstrate to our customers ongoing commitment to the highest service levels.  ISO 9001 was the logical next step. But what does that mean for us and our customers?

ISO 9001:2015 is a globally recognised standard of best practices and quality. This offers peace of mind to customers that we can back up our claims of superior service.

Proven commitment to the highest quality service. Through a seasoned, robust quality management system, ongoing staff training and development, and frequent assessment of operating procedures we can ensure customers, big and small, enjoy the best possible experience working with us.

Fewer problems with service. We’re not perfect and sometimes mistakes do happen. If they do, ISO 9001 ensures prompt and effective resolution of any issues and/or complaints.

Enhanced customer satisfaction. After the completion of work, we aim to follow up with the customer. Ensuring satisfaction and addressing any queries they may have moving forward.

Adaptability. Using measurable data and metrics we can adapt to the needs and wants of our customers and markets.

Knowledge that as part of ISO 9001 we adhere to best practices when it comes to environmental impact.

These are some of the main benefits of ISO 9001 that we feel are the most noteworthy. Ultimately this certification is testament to our ongoing commitment to service and the hard work of our staff, which we are extremely grateful to for making this happen. We don’t intend to stop here though. Like we said, we’re always looking to improve.
