We love fashion. Louis Vuitton, Dior, Chanel, Gucci to name but a few. If the boss would allow we’d probably have our uniforms made by Armani.
Whilst we may only be a logistics company we understand and appreciate the finer things. We also understand the need for safely and discreetly shipping some of the most expensive clothes, jewellery and accessories on the market.
Recently the CEO of one of our larger customers requested we pick up some high value LV goods from London. He wasn’t able to collect in person. He certainly couldn’t trust a mainstream courier with the items and he knew we work in the capital several times a week. We were happy to oblige. Before we accepted the job we wanted to make absolutely sure the store was happy to release the goods to us. We requested from the customer full proof of purchase and a cover letter authorising our driver and his vehicle to receive the goods after showing ID. The items were then delivered directly to the customers home.
This is only the tip of iceberg when it comes to what we do with high end fashion. For over a decade we have worked with some of the worlds leading fashion brands to transport very high value, bespoke and fragile goods to stores throughout the UK and onwards to their customers. The nature of work demands discretion and security, especially considering that an individual item can be worth up to £60k.
Our vehicles are fitted with 360 degree cameras with cloud backup and live monitoring of the footage, slam locks and GPS tracking to ensure the safety of the goods in transit. The drivers have undergone situational awareness and anti terrorism training to minimise the risk when moving goods between the van and stores. To date we have a perfect record with our clients; zero loss or damage of products. If the customer needs us to store their goods prior to shipment our warehouse facilities are secure and monitored around the clock.
